Location

The Colloquium will take place on 18 and 19 September 2023 at the Academic Centre of the University of Latvia, located on Jelgavas iela 3 in Riga.   

Riga, the capital of Latvia, situated on the coast of the Baltic Sea, has more than 700 000 inhabitants and is the largest city in the Baltic countries. There are direct flight connections between Riga and many European cities. The University of Latvia is the biggest classical university in the state with more than 20 thousand students. The Academic Centre is located near the city centre (20 minutes' drive from airport, 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town) and is easily accessible by public transport.
